Ahir a la xerrada sobre la nena interior parl\u00e0vem de la difer\u00e8ncia entre viatjar mig tirats al seient del darrere d’un vaixell sense con\u00e8ixerne la direcci\u00f3 o fer aquest cam\u00ed portant el tim\u00f3 del vaixell. Un paral\u00b7lelisme entre viure des de la part ferida del nostre nen interior o b\u00e9 des del nostre adult. <\/p>\n

\u2728 Quan vivim des del nostre nen interior ferit exigim als que ens envolten que atenguin aquest nen: donant-li atenci\u00f3, solucionant-li els problemes, decidint per ell el que \u00e9s millor\u2026 I aix\u00f2 ens posa en una posici\u00f3 de v\u00edctima, en una actitud passiva, en un lloc on naveguem al so dels altres i esperem que ens omplin per estar b\u00e9. Normalment aquesta exig\u00e8ncia \u00e9s inconscient i aquesta posici\u00f3 ens d\u00f3na for\u00e7a per queixar-nos i per lamentar-nos i estar anhelant que vingui alg\u00fa a cuidar-nos.<\/p>\n

\u2728 En canvi, quan ens fem responsables de la nostra nena interior podem viure des d’un lloc madur, des del nostre adult. Viure des d’aquest lloc vol dir atendre les necessitats del nen intern i sostenir les seves emocions. \u00c9s a dir que si necessito posar un l\u00edmit el poso tot i que a l’altre aquest l\u00edmit pot no agradar-li. I significa tamb\u00e9 que si sento tristesa li dono espai perqu\u00e8 surti aquesta emoci\u00f3 i estic amb mi donant-me suport, en lloc de pretendre estar \u201cb\u00e9\u201d i posar aquesta emoci\u00f3 sota l’alfombra (tarda o d’hora sortir\u00e0 i segurament amb m\u00e9s intensitat). <\/p>\n

Per saber qu\u00e8 necessita aquesta nena interna necessitem parar i escoltar-la. Connectar-hi cada dia. Qu\u00e8 li passa, qu\u00e8 sent, qu\u00e8 necessita? Atendre-la i cuidar-la. Des d\u00b4aqu\u00ed podem prendre responsabilitat de la nostra vida, prenent el tim\u00f3 del nostre vaixell. <\/p>\n

La qualitat d’aquesta relaci\u00f3 determina la qualitat de les relacions que tenim i en definitiva el nostre benestar \u2764\ufe0f<\/p>\n

I quina sort amb els molts mars que hi ha per navegar! \ud83c\udf0a<\/p>\n
